Director of Channel and Enterprise Analytics Ally Financial
Gene is responsible for developing the contact center and
channel analytics functions for both Ally Consumer and Ally Dealers across all
lines of businesses. In this role he is accountable for leading LOB efforts in
creating, maintaining, and optimizing data in support of strategic analytics up
to and including CX, call propensities, IVR integrations, campaign attribution,
Gene joins Ally Bank after spending 3 years with Caterpillar
as the Vice President of Customer Experience Analytics. While there, he
developed a key NPS attribution model that helped drive insights and procedures
that improved scores by 25%. Gene has spent most of his career in
operations, focusing on lean/six-sigma methodologies (Black Belt) and plant
management, and transitioned 8 years ago into data analytics, CX Execution, and
Digital Marketing with expertise in operational excellence, strategic planning,
report automation, predictive modeling, and organizational development.
Gene holds a B.S. in WPS Engineering from North Carolina
State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern
