with Digital Transformation. The
combination of people, process, and innovative tool sets provide journey
mapping and journey orchestration allowing for highly personalized, engaged
interactions designed to improve the customer experience. Brandon has been a member of PACE
(Professional Association for Customer Engagement) for six years and currently
serves as President of the Northeast Chapter for PACE.
