Mr. Sailors holds a deep understanding of business process outsourcing and the migration to cloud-based solutions as a result of over a decade of experience in advising clients on the strategic use of interactive technologies, telecommunications, and the business benefits of solutions designed to enhance customer experiences, while achieving desired business outcomes.
Recently, Brandon has focused on launching CSG’s new Digital Practice, which will help customers with Digital Transformation. The combination of people, process, and innovative tool sets provide journey mapping and journey orchestration allowing for highly personalized, engaged interactions designed to improve the customer experience. Brandon has been a member of PACE (Professional Association for Customer Engagement) for six years and currently serves as President of the Northeast Chapter for PACE.
