For the past 18+ years, David has been a senior research leader across several industries, including retail, healthcare, and SaaS, and has spent time working in both agency and client organizations. Prior to Talkdesk, David was leading the B2C and industries insights groups at Salesforce. David is based in San Francisco, California.
