I am sales and customer service profession with over 20 years of experience in banking and telecommunication industries across the world. I have been a vocal champion for promoting the importance of the customer voice in supporting commercial success/inspiring teams to buy into a culture of continuous improvement/developing and implementing innovative customer management strategies that enabled teams to move/transform from customer serving and focusing on proving support but focusing on sales and income beside customer service skills to support business growth.

During those years, I have managed to transform different teams in multiple organizations to increase their level of efficiency and focus on sales inspiration to deliver higher revenue. I have worked with all different types of delivery between inhouse to outsource to enhance business modules. Transformation is key part of my role and experience to provide better ROIs keeping in mind employee and staff experience.
