In this new executive role, Kaminski will manage the people and processes that ensure success for current and future customers. He will be responsible for building an organisation that scales with the company’s growth in customer acquisition, delivering a seamless customer onboarding experience, creating exceptional value for customers, and partnering with Conversica’s product team to drive further innovation.

Alex Terry, CEO of Conversica, said: “Brian’s proven track record supporting the most sophisticated enterprise customers is just what we need as companies such as Microsoft and Box push us to continually expand our products, services and best practices.”

Kaminski joins the company from IBM, where he served as worldwide client success executive and developed the strategy for customer success across IBM’s multi-billion-dollar SaaS portfolio.

Prior to IBM, Kaminski was Chief Customer Officer at Marin Software, a publicly traded adtech company with over $100 million in revenue, where he led all post-sale activities, including onboarding, account management, renewals, training and services. During his tenure, the company saw substantial increases in customer retention and achieved its highest revenue growth from existing customers.

Kaminski said of his new appointment: “I am passionate about building great teams, onboarding and retaining great customers, and delivering exceptional value for both our users and our business. I am excited to bring my experience to bear at such a crucial time in Conversica’s growth and look forward to facilitating the important upcoming milestones in the company’s future.”
